Looks like the $25/month plan with party pay is being phased out and increasing to $30. They are also adding a $45/month plus plan that includes some international features. See link...https://www.visible.com/plans/

Most definitely. Same towers. Speed is often reduced significantly.

People are complaining because people don't bother reading what's right there in front of them. If they are already in a party, their discount is locked in / grandfathered, and will not be taken away, AKA nothing changes for them. Crybaby losers on this site that can't bother to read.
