No, they will work with other brands but the Washlet+ versions of this seat is designied specifically for the Toto toilets with a hollow channel just beneath the seat that allows you to hide the power cord and the water supply line so if you don't have the Washlet+ version of the toilet than you should just get the regular C5 seat.

These bidets will only work with toto toilets?

Any suggestions on which one is best value for someone that is used to higher end Brondell? Always wanted a toto and current Brondell is over 6 years old and ready for an upgrade
I have the discontinued C200 which was replaced by the C5. In terms of value for money, the C5 is around the sweet spot of features you'll actually use without the ones that you won't.
Toto doesn't care where it is purchased from in my experience. And when it's out of warranty it's a flat fee and you send your seat in for a refurbishment. Think it was $250 last time ours needed a tune up.

I've had customers call for proof of purchase receipts for warranty so at best that is YMMV.
Between maintaining sanitization of the wand for feminine wash functions, and helping keep the toilet bowl sanitized with (EWATER) premist, I think EWATER is worth it.
The e-water is pretty good. It keeps the bowl moist and less likely to get all crusty with the yellow ring. Think its totally worth it.
I haven't used that specific one but used another one of theirs and the opening was way too small (looks the same size as the one in the picture) and because the back is lifted pretty high it makes you feel like you are sliding off the toilet. I wouldn't advise
They also have the TOTO K300 tankless bidet for $560. If I had elongated toilets in my house with electrical outlets near by thats the one I would be getting. It's TOTO's cheapest tankless model that they offer. It's lower profile in the back and won't use as much energy either compared to these water tank models since it warms the water on demand as opposed to heating the water in the tank continuously. Also the remote control is separate which should be easier to use as opposed to the control panel attached to the side of the bidet.

Cheaper as a like-new return on Amazon from Amazon Warehouse (currently $289), FYI. I've bought 2 of these that way, a C2 and a different Toto model. Both arrived brand new, contents hadn't even been removed from the box. I think a lot of people order the wrong thing, or order it and realize they don't have a plug nearby, etc.
