Battletech was fun on its' own, but the RogueTech [fandom.com] mod takes it to the next level.

I also had a lot of fun with Shadowrun.

For $12 this bundle is hard to beat for anyone that loves turn based strategy.

Controls on BattleTech and Shadowrun both assume a mouse so be ready to use the trackpad if you are playing on Steam Deck. I played through an hour of each on my deck and the experience was passable but both are definitely better with mouse, keyboard, and bigger display.

Half these games were free through Epic Games over the years if you previously collected them. I always have to remind myself every Thursday to just add the free game or two to my account though.

I believe these will run well on steam deck in case you're wondering. I was, so I checked.

To be clear, this is a hell of a deal on a bunch of excellent games. Unless you don't like turn-based, which are some of the best games in my opinion, I'd hit order immediately on this one. I did. Battletech was a game back in the 80s that I had as a child and the remake is included, that alone is worth $12.

controls can be changed through steam, there's more than likely already a community layout for steamdeck/controller. idk about battletech but shadowrun is a console game

KoP&P are really fun if you like 80s nostalgia and leveling up characters. It has and addicting combat loop and funny references all over the place. Haven't played much of 2, but couldn't put 1 down until I beat it.

Also note the charity for this is NARAL which is an Abortion fund.
