why the fark is everything so complicated now. i remember back in the day there was just ps plus and xbox live. now there are like 10 differnet iterations of each console xbox s, x, series x|s, ps4 pro, ps5 pro, ps5 slim wtf is this shit

Ordered 5 Keys to stack using CC through PayPal and upgraded it to PS Premium for $150 with no issues.
I feel like Extra was a better value but it was only an extra $50 over 5 years so I felt like I could take the hit and maybe streaming will get better.

Just got four more years to extend to 10 no problems with redemptions. First time it's let me actually complete the sale in a few tries though over the course of the last year.

I was going to do the 150 for premium but the only thing that gives me over extra is streaming ps3 and prior games right? If I go to extra now for 100 will there be an option to go to premium for 50 more? Or would it do some kind of conversion at that point?

Premium tier needs to see some major upgrades for me to renew when the time comes. If you're just now subscribing, extra is the way to go. Premium content just isn't there. It literally only got one 35min trial game added for August

Premium is a lot of fun on the steam deck for those of us that don't have a PlayStation.

PayPal took favor of their side and I just lost $47
Never again cdkeys.
It's shady and unprofessional customer service.

What if I already have an existing Essentials acct for about 1y left what's best way to upgrade to next tier up? Is it true If you add a little extra for premium you can only do that once? I know lots of people buy multiple years then pay a one time flat fee to upgrade to premium? What's best bang for the buck?

Worked for me. Added two years and upgraded for $10 after tax to Extra. Good until 1/2024.
