Our shop uses these type of ecoboxes. We're pretty heavy handed with them and they've never leaked. Some of them stay opened on the shelf for up to a year without issue.

I had not heard of this brand, so I looked at the Petroleum Quality Institute of America site. The additive packages look good for this oil:

I dont think the current grid in CA can support it. Increased chance of wild fire would just negate any "carbon savings" you can get from buying an expensive EV. And guess what, resale values are horrible bc of batteries wear.

Exactly. They already had to kill the power in recent years due to wild fires. So what are people supposed to do when a wild fire is bearing down on your area and your car isn't charged? Die I guess? Meanwhile I'll pour the 5 spare gallons of gas I keep in my shed for my lawn tractor into my car and can get out of harm's way. IMO the best balance is something like a Corolla that gets close to 40mpg and doesn't have an expensive battery under the hood to worry about replacing. (I keep my cars 12+ years, current one is 15)

VERY true Pennzoil was the plauge back in the days !!! I learned this lesson the hard way in my old 95 Caprice 9C1 LT1 back in the mid 2000's but now in 2022 SOPUS has changed their BS and Pennzoil is one of the TOP TIER oil's on the market !! Lots of videos and Blackstone OCI reports to prove this !!
