I bought this one awhile ago at regular price and love it. It's not on-sale but it's a great invention at $14.95 and will likely last a long time.

Is it hard to find non-instant pot branded pans that work well in a 6 quart instant pot, at lower cost? That Also don't have questionable nonstick coatings… Also don't really want to cook in silicone… And aren't most cakes better cooked in oven? Seems like less cleanup also. Instant pots are probably good for cheesecakes, Bread pudding? What do you guys most use such pans for? ...But may be instant pot would heat up kitchen less than countertop convention air fryer oven?

Ikea had these tall perforated stainless steel holders that slid perfectly into an Instant Pot. There's a site that mentioned it, maybe on YouTube too. Three of them together fit to the max capacity of the IP. One would swear that they were made for the IP. I don't know if Ikea still has them in their kitchen section.
So, one could put say frozen vegetables (baby carrots, broccoli, cauli) into the bins and just set it for 0, 1, or 2 minutes depending on your tastes.
On the other hand, they are hacks and not made by IP. For example, my hack hack accessories have slightly sharp edges. One is far better off getting IP branded accessories. They're well thought, great quality, well-tested and have been purchased by many.
