This has been posted earlier this year: https://slickdeals.net/f/15654472-costco-members-ymmv-dewalt-black-chrome-mechanics-tool-set-184-piece-dwmt45184-89. It is better now with $20 off the regular $99 in store (Redmond, WA), and it is $10 better than the earlier deal. Costco.com seems not to have the item, so this is in-store only.

I think the 192 is a better selection with no filler. This one throws in Allen keys and stuff. I also do not like dark colored tools liked this. They are fine in a shop or garage but as a diy guy leave those out in the Texas sun in your driveway and they will be too hot to touch. Good price though if your Costco has it.

In store only - YMMV. Only available to COSTCO members. DeWalt 184 pc Mechanic Tool Set, in black finish- Not Impact rated. Comes with 1/2 inch, 3/8, and 1/4 inch drive ratchets. 72 tooth ratchet.

I always ask myself, would I ride a bike to get this deal? 70 miles one way? nope.
