I've bought my Monoprice filament direct from their website no issues so I can vouch for their delivery time and quality.

PLA+ black $12.99 (other prices vary): https://www.monoprice.c
Regular PLA starting at $14.99: https://www.monoprice.c
My understanding is that PLA+ is generally a combo of PLA and TPU, but a few reviewers and Q&As suggested this filament contains some ABS… which I definitely don't want as my printer is not vented.
Can anyone confirm on way or the other?
Just FYI, while on Amazon ordering this, I found 1kg of white ABS for the same price so grabbed some of that to give it a try. Never printed ABS but I know it does better in heat like hot vehicles and in sun so I wanted to give it a go.
Limited-time deal: White ABS Filament 1.75mm, NovaMaker Less Odor ABS 3D Printer Filament, Dimensional Accuracy +/- 0.03 mm, 1kg Spool(2.2lbs)

The few manufacturers that disclose materials seem to just use higher grades of PLA. Here's a bioplastics manufacturers lineup: https://www.natureworks
The "3D870" would be something a filament manufacturer would use to make PLA+
