Didn't everyone say to avoid Gamestop on this deal last time? The return policy sucks from what I recall.

I have owned this monitor for maybe 2 years? I love it. For those who say get the newer version, I have an RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra flashed with the 450w bios and even with that card I struggle to hit or maintain 120fps (this monitors Framerate limit) in most games. Cyberpunk I'm pulling mid 50's.

Yup, I bought a monitor from them. It arrived dead. They said talk to Samsung. Called Samsung they said if it arrived dead talk to gamestop. Avoid at all costs

4K120 is even hard to hit and maintain on a 3090. Games like Days Gone are able to hit 90-109ish with 4K Ultra settings. You should be able to hit 4K120 on less demanding titles though. Cyberpunk is beefy.

I would love to have one of these, but I'm running dual 32" 1440P 165hz Dell monitors that aren't very old. Wife would filet me if I bought this. Sigh.

Well it's a 49". So if you're looking for pure real estate, yes. I have a refurbished Samsung and often it fails to resume from sleep... like 3/6 days.
But hey, if it has what you need, and is under budget, and you can afford it if it goes kaput...

3090 Ti can't even do 4k/60 max settings on Total War:3 Kingdoms, a turn based war sim from 2019, I'm hoping/waiting for a 4070 Ti which probably can.

Damn, that's insane. My main concerns with the newer cards is that they're going to be more expensive, and you're going to need a beefy PSU to run them.
