Someone's gotta say it - the Social Groups

Ok, this may or may not be a popular opinion, but IMO the social groups are a bad thing.
Yeah, it's nice to be able to mess with Autumn and her run for mod, and it is nice to be able to talk to others that need a place to vent and hear from just 'friends'.

However, I think it will divide the Lounge and overall is not a good thing for the Lounge.

It's also harder to keep up with things because it adds more places you gotta check.

K. That I understand. I was more wondering how the average Lounger was going to use them.

as of now i don't really see a use for the lounge. it has more of a use for deal forums where we have many chat threads that center around something like shutterfly, vs and stuff. it can keep the off topic there and more deals in the forum. that's why its kinda restricted 1k character limit (v 80k here) no reps quoting and things like that.

not that they have to use it. but its a new feature they can try out to see if they like it.
