No. These dog biscuits are not the same as the Costco Kirkland Brand. I have a German Shepherd. I have purchased these Milk-Bone Brand dog biscuits from Sam's Club and I also purchased the Kirkland Costco dog bones. My dog eats them both, but probably prefers a Costco brand simply because I give him 2, and he only gets 1 The Costco Brand. The reason is that the Kirkland Costco bones are Slimmer and the Milk Bones are much thicker.
