Last time, 60$ followed by 99$ was for 10 in wheel hoverboard. Really good dealt. One I got had some issues at the air nozzle of one wheel,
Difficult to pump in air. But customer service was good and prompt. The hover board as a whole is very good, a lot of fun!
I bought 2 Hover-1 Ranger Pros when they came around on deal. They are so much fun, but they are super sketchy and low quality.
First one would lose calibration often. This means it would start beeping and flashing red. Then you have to run a recalibration. Then it loses calibration again 5 minutes later. Already sent back.
Next one seemed to be flawless. I was loving riding it around the house. Then I hear a loud smack in the kitchen. My wife was riding and with zero warning the battery died. Luckily, she jumped off. The unit was supposed to flash the battery sign and beep to warn of a low battery but that never happened. Super torn because its a lot of fun, but the no warning dumping you is inexcusable.
I also have experience with Hover-1 e-scooters. Just be aware that Hover-1 is very low quality. Ride it a lot and return it within time if you see any issues.

Where do people ride these? I rode a friends and it was super sketchy riding on anything but the smoothest roads. Maybe it's my lack of experience with these but even small cracks or imperfections in the road were enough make it a little unsettling.

Yes this one was $60 and the Ranger Pro was $100. Lasted an hour or less.
