They have a online unlock portal. Once your phone is eligible to be unlocked, you can go there, enter your phone number and email, then they will email you the unlock code to enter into the phone. (You can also call or chat with the reps if you want)

Yes it will work once rewards are converted to coupon code. It won't accept other discounts codes with that order and CB option won't count for much unless price stays still high after discount. Not sure about what happens if coupon value higher than total (remaining balance from the coupon value remains or gets cleared).

Supposedly, the only requirement to get the phone unlocked is to activate the phone on Tracfone, then wait 60 days. 60 days of active service is not required. The problem is that if the phone doesn't get unlocked after 2 months, they may not be willing to help you to unlock the phone.

That is too late. You need to use the code when signing up for the rewards program and it must be within 14 days from activation of your first line of service. If you join rewards without a referral code or do it after 14 days of original service activation you only get 200 points. With a code you get either 8,000 or 5,000 depending on the type you use.

Yes, several here have confirmed that you only must activate the phone with whatever service plan you choose including a 30 day plan and have then unlocked it after 60 days

How does the Unlock happen with TF? I know that with Metro/androids, there is a app on the phone that will work approx 180 days after activation, no agent needed.

With TF after 60 days, do you need to call in or can it be done without customer service?

No, and you don't have to pay for a 2nd month, but you do have to wait the 60 days. Have a little patience here
