I bought this late last year (or early this year) and used it for a bit before giving it to my Dad.( His Surface Laptop crapped the bed suddenly)

Pros: though 3 lbs, it feels pretty light and is small enough to fit in my wife's handbag when travelling
Battery life is outstanding for light weight stuff.
Screen was very nice for indoors but if it's too bright out, the screen feels a bit washed out.
USB charging was nice

Cons: charger crapped out after 4 months.
One USB port is for charging and another one for Display which can be confusing to some folks

If you don't mind getting a returned unit, you can get an open box one from Best Buy for $300+, if there is one available in your area.

This is a nice laptop. But for students, the MacBook Air at $750 ($900-$150 gift card) is a much better buy.

Actually, there are 2 different listings, one has open box fair price for $428, but there is also another listing that has open box fair for $330+, and open box Satisfactory for $365. Scroll down to more to consider, and you might see the different listing. As far as I can tell they are the same model but it's abyss blue color.

I got open box Satisfactory last week, and it looks brand new, and the blue color is also fine, some will like it better than the normal grey color.

Yes last year model but it's the same model as the one in the OP post as far as I can tell. Same list price and same spec. 2022 model has higher list price and sale price. Take a look at yourself.

OP's model is the 2022 revision with the 16:10 screen and newer chassis with dual USB-C ports. Might not be worth the extra for most but just wanted to point out the difference.

Picked up an open box excellent condition unit for $450. Overall very happy with the purchase for a travel laptop that I can use around the house.

Deciding factors were finger print reader, windows hello camera, camera shutter, keyboard, USB c power delivery, cloth backing (some people hate it, I love it), rounded edges for wrists.
