It was from the $99 iphone 11. The way the email read was "refund", nothing about a dispute credit or anything was ever mentioned.

I've bought refurbs from TW for years to use as trade bait. I've only ever had one problem and that was the $99 iphone 11 which we know was way too cheap. Other than that, It's been smooth sailing for years.

The people that are salty must not have bought from TW before or just really wanted a deal that was too good to be true and they can't see through the tears that it was a mistake by TW. They quickly turned around and listed them for $150, a much more in line with market pricing, and they shipped them. I got 2 and ready to trade for a 14 in a few weeks. I'll take $800 trade in credits with TMo (my guess, that's what it's always been) for $150 all day long. Sell my kids iphone 12's, give them my 13 pro's and wash, rinse, repeat next year.

I have no problem they cancelled orders. But they charged you and emailed you saying they didn't charged you that's the problem.

I've read dozens of pages with people who had to place a dispute in order to get their money back from the $99 iPhone 11 deal and don't recall seeing others who got a refund without doing that, so wanted to check. Yeah, sounds like you got lucky on that one based on other reports from that deal.
