FYI, poparazzi nail polish are $4.99 each, or 2/$8, at my store. Not at all close to the online price.

There are different varieties, those are the more expensive ones. The cheaper are 2.99 or 2/$5

is it a Health Hub store?
Mine don't have the cheaper ones

or apparently, and Revlon tool under $12 - from what I saw of shelf tags on Saturday.
Unless emery boards are somewhere else (other brands of emery boards were there...)

Health Hub is bigger and mine is open until midnight where other stores are open until 10pm - plus its quite a bit closer to my home - it seems ironic they would have LESS selection than other stores.

Not sure if it's a Health Hub store. It is 24 hours but pretty average sized. I looked everywhere for a cheaper variety and didn't see it, but maybe I missed it. And yep, no emery boards either, but I just checked the online stock checker, and very very few stores in my area have the emery boards.

Health Hub stores carry quite a bit fewer personal product items than a regular store. They often do have more of the specialty medical type products and specialty vitamins than a regular store.

The cheaper variety have a black lid with white dots. The more expensive poparrazi have a white lid with black dots.

I swear they planned to zombie our accounts for the beauty event to prevent couponers from doing well with earning beauty bucks.Mad

I'm still trying to roll my ECBs rather than spend down, and I have 8/40 on all 3 accounts. Here's the best scenerio I've come up with so far:

Colgate 2x 3.99= 7.98 (-7 dq)
Pop nail 2x 2.50= 5.00 (buy 2 get 4ECB)
Jonah 3x 4.99= 15 (spend 15, get 5ECB unadvertised deal, thanks to Kris at I heart)
Revlon emery boards 2x 3.99= 7.98 (-4 crt last week, hopefully -2crt this week, get 5ECB wyb 2)
Other item 1x 4=4 (debating between something I could use vs something that would boost my bb total)
8 off 40

total is $39.93- $21 (dq/crt)= 18.93, get back 14 ECB and 2.80 towards bb
I'm quite jealous of the $3.99 price you all have for Revlon Emery Boards laugh out loud imagine my surprise when my price was a mere $4.99 - the decent MM went out the door but it still helped pay for the most important item this week - Lay's Potato Chips. I'm used to my prices being .20 or .30 higher, but not a whole $.

And they seemed to have changed the $/$ that I get. Got $8/$40 for a few weeks, but it's now $8/$50.

Question for the CVS register math gurus...

Tried to buy (1) Dove travel dry hair spray @ 4.19, (3) Hallmark tissue papers @ $1.99 each, and (1) Hallmark bag @ $0.49.

Used my August Free Beauty Item for the dry spray and (2) $3 off 4 Hallmark CRTS.
The Free Beauty Item CRT credited me $4.19 but only one $3 off 4 Hallmark CRT came off at SCO so I redid the transaction with a cashier and had her apply both my Hallmark CRTs. The second Hallmark CRT reduced down to $1.64 even though I had $6.46 in Hallmark items. I was sure my free beauty CRT was somehow messing up the transaction but I couldn't figure out how it was screwing it up. I then asked the cashier to ring up the transaction with just my Hallmark items but the cashier just voided the dry spray instead of reringing the transaction and the Hallmark CRTs still wouldn't both come off so I had her take all the Hallmark off and just got my free beauty item. Cashier thought the second Hallmark CRT wasn't working because I didn't buy enough items but I knew for a fact that I only needed to buy 4 so I just left with my free item.

I then went to the CVS down the street and bought my 4 Hallmark items. Both $3 off 4 Hallmark CRTs came off at SCO without a hitch so I'm sure the free beauty CRT messed up my first transaction but I can't figure out what it did. Anyone got an answer?

I'm in the land of 4.99 emery boards, too, if I ever manage to find stock!
My Lay's were 4.59, I thought I read some areas are 4.29.

I had 2 x $4ecb in a mailer, and found out last week they couldn't be used in the same transaction. So I got Lay's + .59 chocolate for a few cents with one of them, the other was NV bars.
TYVM, CVS.
(Mailer is on a card I don't use, just wanted to burn ECBs)

That 8/50 is not good news!
8/40 has been tough enough considering recent offerings.
I had 8/40 email on 2 cards for quite awhile, but last week they were both 5/30. Still 20%, and actually easier to use.
I did transaction on a card I rebooted a few months ago, it's been getting 2/12 on receipts and got another today.
So I hope that 8/50 was a fluke & not a portent.

The freebie CRTs tend to mess up transactions, especially when you're trying to get overrage. I do them in a separate transaction about 90% of the time.

Doritos were part of the deal, but they were $5.49 or $5.79 each.

I got an 8/50 and ended up giving up. I only had $12 in ECBs on that card.

The $8/$40's were tough at times, but thankfully the card gets duplicate crt's. I'd save the crt from week1 & use with the new one. ie (2) $3 Charmin or (2) $4 vitamins, and would throw into my $8/$40 buy's. After a few months of (2) $3 Charmin crt's - that Q.gravy train ended a couple of weeks ago Mad I have a feeling $4 vitamins will go the same way for me soon - free vitamins has been nice.

But yeah, $8/$50 might be tough for me. I usually only have a balance of 10 EB. No PG/Save makes things interesting for me.
