You would have to be a fool to believe this has real 4K in it. As I mentioned the cheapest REAL 4K are all around $5K on the lowest end right now.
This projector is nothing special at all with its poor HD, the only thing this has going for it is its UST.
Too be fair though pixel shifting technology is considered to be real 4K but its definitely not a native chip. You will see this claim on a lot of projectors under $3K and they are all pixel shifters.

If not buying it for the UST. Would you recommend some other projectors? I used to own a HT2550. Loved it. Don't see it on sale now.
Not sure for the reason for getting rid of the HT2550 but thats one of the better and highly reviewed 4K projectors but its only downside its from 2018 if your looking for something closer to the $1K mark.
