Yeah, definitely size down on hydro moc
I wear Merrell other shoes 9, Adidas ultraboost 9.5.
But the hydro moc mens size 8 fits fine.
If you want half sizes, you can get womens sizing. Womens size 9 is mens 7.5 (which was too small for me in hydro moc)

As I Croc connoisseur I approve these. Size down as others have stated. At least for me. I'm an 11.5 I wear 11s in these. If you have an extra wide foot, stay true. Comfortable and not many people I see with them on.

Last time they want on sale the funky colours were only on sale for women. Got true size and they're a tad big but still comfy enough. My arch took a little getting used to. Now the women's sizing has me interested.

+1 I have extremely wide/flat feet (which makes me normally have to size up) and still had to size down. Size 9 fits like any other shoe size 10
