Don't think its made for heavy training, just something to use to get the cardiio in. If you want something for real training, one would invest in a heavy bag on chain or 200lb+ base version of this one that costs alot more than 10 bucks.

It's supposed to fall over. You fill the bottom with sand or water, and it will pop back up. Do you even train?
