In comparison, Aldi sells 22oz for $2.59.

If you buy 4 you get an extra 5% discount; comes out to $8.60 for 4 after 5% S&S discount.

Turns out that the max you can buy with S&S is 2 orders of 4 each ๐Ÿ˜‚

The last time I had this was when I was a kid. Dad hated rice, but mom didn't. She didn't make dishes involving rice very often, but when she did, it was with Minute Rice. I'm tempted for the nostalgia, but I already had a ton of jasmine and basmati due to SD.

I usually don't use minute rice alone, but I'll keep that in mind.


1 Can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can of Water (or more. just add more rice)
1+ can for desired thickness of Minute Rice(about 1.5 cans for reasonably thick when using 1 can of water)
1 small can drained/pouch tuna (optional)
Pepper to taste


Heat soup, water, pepper, tuna to high simmer, add rice, stir, cover, remove from heat and wait 5 or so minutes.


Let me know if ya like it. A quicky meal for one or side dish.
