Maybe it's just because it is an old game and abad port from console to pc.
I agree it probably is not the greatest port but load times should not be effected just a quick troubleshooting for you...make sure your motherboard has 4x4 and not 3x4 nvme slots as some boards came with gen 3 or gen4...really stupid for them to do that. Also make sure you update the bios and the nvme firmware along with your chipset drivers. Only other thing off the top of my head would be to make sure your bios is using the gen4 speed and not defaulting to an older format. Run a speed test on your drive, crystalmark would do and see if it shows the speeds you can find online also. If you need any more help give a pm and I will try and help the best I can!

I heard it plays Xbox games even better than Xbox. And I think the fans in the PS5 can withstand vape smoke.

I have a PC very similiar to yours(3080 Ti) for my competetive FPS gaming on a 27" 165hz display, and then my consoles in the living room on a 65" TV for playing cinemetic campaign games and driving games. Both my PS5 and XBOX series X load games very quickly. Honestly, the PC and console gaming are just different experiences for me, so I like to have them both available. If you can afford to do both then I suggest go for it and enjoy!

There is a PS5 emulator for PCs. Haven't tried it.
