i just got $149 back. just had to upload them a pic of the receipt and also a screenie of the costco page where they show it includes applecare

took me two calls as the first person only wanted to give me $128 (because apple shows costco taking delivery of the phone in may), when pressed, they went to a supervisor and came back with the answer of "you have to get it refunded at costco" (which obviously isnt happening)

called back>new case # > repeat process > $149 check on the way

Don't forget the $125 new line offer, if you can swing that,... but there's no denying the imminent release of iPhone 14.. and possibility of the $1000 rebate offer being out there.
