Once you get the tools, go to Home Depot and return the saw. You get a prorated amount returned -- in this case, lowering the drill set to effectively $67.

They used to be $75 just a month ago.
If this were a private sale and I was buying something from the "It's not fraud posters" I would bet dollars to donuts they wouldn't be cool with it if they offered me a deal like $40 each or 2 for $60 and I bought two only to tell them I wanted my $40 back for the first one. Promotions are based on stipulations of purchase. When you "hack" it you are breaking those stipulations of purchase; even if Home Depot doesn't stop you.

EDIT: I'm wrong. The new brushless set is same features, but brushless is much much better (I have that set and love it)
