Note: Although the product page mentioned this to have USB 3.2 Gen2 Typ-C port, this supports USB4. That information is old and the Product page probably has not been updated. HP has released official Product specification of EliteBook 8xx G9 series with Ryzen 6000U series and all of them (13 G9, 14 G9 and 16 G9) support USB4. Isn't Elitebook 800 series made of aluminum alloy?
Aluminum / magnesium alloy. G9s like the 1040 are lighter now because of higher magnesium content but lose a bit of stiffness. Some of these laptops also use over molded plastic pressure clips to secure the laptop whereas others are metal clips. Some have both. I've upgraded elitebooks since G6 generation for customers and haven't broken any clips yet. My suggestion is to use a suction cup to pull the back panel off where possible and always go from back to front when releasing clips. Front clips are usually inserts that pull out and away from the laptop rather than snapping in. HP also has disassembly videos for almost all of their models on youtube. Some G9s missing but they're probably working on those still.

That's why I asked that guy that where he is seeing plastic which he supposedly has broken while opening those laptops.

Does anyone know/can confirm does it have windows hello? The specs have both options, but can't be sure if the HP page is out of date...
This model does not have it and the specification of this model, which you can see in the landing page, by going to the Spec tab, doesn't mention IR Camera or Windows Hello. I think you were looking at the Platform Specification which lists all the possible configurations.

Is the FPR not WBF-compatible? Seems very strange for HP to not use someone like synaptics
