That said, I ordered the 13" planer with free shipping at some point and it shipped clear across the country. Weighing in at a little over 75lbs, the delivery guy estimated they spent around $80 to ship it, even with their corporate discount. That probably eats into their margins a bit for an item they sold for $240.

Also, as mentioned above, many people have item/order cancellations when they have these large sales. They probably see a ton of volume so get in early if you're trying to snag something.
