you can sign up for Sam's club membership for $15, with a $10 egift card that can be used immediately online (I just did this), via this deal.
So total for the U-shaped AC + google nest thermostat + 1 year Sam's membership is $230+15+5 = $250 plus tax.

Mine was. Had to get the membership card in person but then they sent me a $45 e gift card. This was 10-11 months ago though, YMMV. I only ever used the membership for gas until now

Nice deal. I bought the Best Buy version (Insignia brand) which is the same minus the wifi a few weeks back. It was $330 after tax. Excellent machine, easy to install. Wish I would have waited a few weeks for this one but I gave in to the Texas summer.

Very quiet as the design allows the window and surrounding padding to separate from the noise.
