I want to know that as well, it would be awesome if it worked for that purpose.

For people who have used a fogger. After you fog your backyard with whatever pesticide. Is it safe to hang out in the backyard after fogging? Does it mess of windows? I have no experience with a fogger, but we have a CRAP load of mosquitos in So California. Thanks

I use the cutter fogger with black flag pesticide. It doesn't have any effect on windows. Generally, you can be outside shortly after fogging. I'd say after 10 minutes or so. I can only see it being somewhat of an issue if it's a low ventilation area. Otherwise, it's fine.

This is not a fogger, to be used as a fog machine.

This is more of a mister. Reviews are mixed as in it either works or it doesn't. I bought one to use for mosquito control and ended up returning it because it stopped spraying out even though I had followed all instructions and the mix had water consistency. It even stopped misting well with plain water.

I'm going to wait til the next Ryobi day sale and try again.

With a 4Ah battery, I perhaps got about 25 minutes of use. I needed two 4Ah batteries to cover a 0.4 acre lot that was wooded along the perimeter.

What part of SoCal has mosquitoes? I live in the Central Coast, and haven't seen a mosquito in decades. My son lives in San Diego (PB actually) and never seen one there either.

Just seems too dry out here to have any. Hasn't rained in 6 months.

Thanks. That's what I needed. I think I have a Black Flag Fogger. I guess I'll use that Cutter Pesticide. The opposite as you. It's the backyard. A bit of breeze, so I should be okay. Thanks again.

Ohhhh MAN!! We have like a mosquito invasion here in Southern Cal. I'm surprised you've escaped this freakin invasion. Story is, they came in a bamboo shipment from Japan. We call them, Ankle Biters. They bite ankles all day, all night. They don't do well with wind. They will bite over and over again. An unbelievable pain in the butt!! Enough to keep you from going outdoors. I've heard of more than a few people who say, they seem to avoid people with diabetes. I guess they don't like that blood. But it's bad here in So Cal.

Bifen run-off is terrible for aquatic life.

To use this with Bifen you need to remove the internal filter.
