I ordered the pair of 10 lb weights and received a single 10 lb dumbbell. This happened twice. It was very difficult to get straightened out. Caveat emptor.

Soy contains some estrogen "like" compounds in the form of phytoestrogens. So does other plant foods like grains, beans, etc. In fact, beer made from grains gives you 50x more estrogen compounds than soy according to some articles, but ironically beer is considered masculine while soy is considered the opposite.

Not that it matters anyways because both males and females both naturally produce estrogen and the level of estrogen "like" compounds found in foods are not enough to affect a person when eaten in realistic doses.
