Which isn't a huge benefit when returning it involves breaking the structure down and lugging it back to Costco.

Bought a similar set from the same company and it came with a broken slide. Exchanged it. The replacement playset also came with a broken slide. Hope those who pull the trigger have better luck.

Tempting but some of those reviews are rough. I'm sure Costco would take it back if quality was off but I'm not sure I'd want to break it all down and bring it back once I built it.

I bought a smaller version of this for my 3 yr old last year. After I put it together I realized I wish I'd have gotten something that my wife or I could swing next to our son on. I assume even this won't hold someone upwards of 200 lbs.

My biggest concern is staying on top of the maintenance to extend its life to be at least 10+ years

I agree with some of the other comments on here, some of the reviews are so horrifying that even if there's a 10% chance of getting a bad unit I'm staying away.
