ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and
District of Columbia (NOT including residents of Puerto Rico or other U.S. Territories), who are
at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of primary residence
(whichever is older) at time of Sweepstakes Entry. Employees, officers and representatives of
the Sponsor, Southern Made Services, LLC (the "Administrator"), Fandango Loyalty Solutions,

The Sweepstakes includes four (4) entry periods (each an "Entry Period") as outlined in the chart below:

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE DRAWING & WINNER NOTIFICATION: Prizes will be awarded over four (4) Entry Periods as specified below:

Non-winning Sweepstakes Entries from one Entry Period drawing will carry over to subsequent Entry Period drawings. Winners will be selected and notified with the first drawing on September 21, 2022, and thereafter according to the schedule listed above of drawing dates. Winners will be randomly selected under the discretion of an independent third-party company. Winners will be contacted via email.
SWEEPSTAKES WEEKLY PRIZES (40): There are ten (10) weekly prizes per Entry Period for a total of forty (40) prizes ("Weekly Prizes, and together with the Grand Prize, "Prizes") ") available to be awarded. Each weekly prize winner ("Weekly Winner"), and together with the Grand Prize Winner, ("Winners") will receive one (1) Weekly Prize based on the Weekly Prize associated with their Entry Period. .
Entry Period 1 Blue Diamond Almond Party Pack: Ten (10) Weekly Winners will receive one (1) Blue Diamond Almond Party Pack that consists of one (1) 6 oz Wasabi can, one (1) 6 oz Honey Roasted can, one (1) 6oz Xtremes Ghost Pepper can, and one (1) 4 oz Cheddar Nut Thins box. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Prize is $13.96 The ARV of all Entry Period 1 Blue Diamond Almond Party Packs is $139.60.
Entry Period 2 Tailgate Game: Ten (10) Weekly Winners will receive one (1) Tailgate Game. The ARV of each Prize is $50. The ARV of all Entry Period 2 Tailgate Games is $500.
Entry Period 3 Grilling Tool Kit: Ten (10) Weekly Winners will receive one (1) set of grilling tools. The ARV of each Prize is $50. The ARV of all Entry Period 3 Grilling Tool Kits is $500.
Entry Period 4 Cooler: Ten (10) Weekly Winners will receive one (1) cooler. The ARV of each Prize is $100. The ARV of all Entry Period 4 Coolers is $1,000.
