This contains herbs in addition to the salt, so Lawry's recommends using within 450 days. Most folks would be better off with the 16oz size which is also on sale.

I use it rather than using Lawry's Garlic Salt. It works good on savory dishes such as meat or can jazz up a salad by adding it on top before tossing. Similar to the infamous House of Prime Rib does on their tableside served dinner salad.

I got a cheap bottle of seasoned salt from Penzeys once and won't go back to Lawries. I have started making my own using this recipe:

I LOVE Penzeys. We have one near me. Sooo many quality spice choices. They come with a side of political sass.
