These were listed in an earlier post at the $399 price. I picked mine up today in the store but it looks like you can buy it online for in store pickup at the $299 price. Reviews appear mixed but the smaller shed cleared out earlier for $149 was too small for my needs.

The price is YMMV. I was able to find this price at 1 location, but the other one near me still lists it as full price.

Can I put something like this on flat grass or does it need to be on gravel or concrete?

I ordered it online, and schedule a store pickup tomorrow. You will have to switch to different store near you one by one to see if the price is 299.

should be on leveled concrete or pavers. doors will eventual sag and warp if its uneven.

I just built a 4'x2' wood shed and spent about this much. It was a lot more work, but will last a lot longer. Had this been available I'd have definitely gone the plastic route.

Crazy thing is, we paid for the smaller $149 shed online from the previous Sam's deal and when we went to pick it up, they gave us this XL Suncast one. It's enormous and was a steal at $149! It was very easy to put together, we just needed 2 people to put the doors and hinges on, otherwise one person can put the rest together.

It no longer shows available for me online, but I am in the north Irving (TX) store and they still have12 on the floor, plus the display.
