Super chinesium is cheaper, but this is a generac.
The Pulsar looks like the same unit for 350, though.
We utilize over a half dozen of each at my workplace, the 2.2kW units have been very solid, while the 3kW models have been completely unreliable. Yes, they're rebranded Generac generators. Pulsar has the same model for slightly less as stated above.
No, these don't compare in the slightest to a Honda or Yamaha in terms of build quality & components used (we have those as well). You'll want to run ethanol free fuel and a fuel stabilizer to keep either model in service. Don't allow standard fuel to sit in the fuel bowl or fuel lines, the o-ring in the low-speed jet will degrade, and the fuel will eventually varnish and plug up the carburetor (as it eats into the fuel line), and you'll have to disassemble the entire unit to remove & clean.
