Good deal. The 1 TB sn850 has been in the $90s before and TomsHardware is predicting nvme storage prices to crash soon, but this is a good deal for the top drive if you need one now.

This is an excellent price WITH heatsink included for one of the top rated SSDs.

If you don't need a heatsink, the Kingston KC3000 at $93 is still a better deal.

I have a similar drive and there isn't much difference from my regular Sata SSD for gaming or regular tasks on Windows 11 but it does help with some other things like photo processing. I think next year we will start to see the DirectStorage benefits but its not clear how big they will be at first.

GameStop has had it twice for under $80. But it was the variant without a heatsink

Is 1TB worth it for the ps5? How many more games can it hold? Is it wise to just wait and get a 2TB?

That's up to you, but I will point out that the 2TB version is actually a little faster from what I've read. The 1TB has been sufficient for me, but I don't play too much.

Crazy how much these have dropped. I bought the non-heatsink model about 12-18 months ago for my PS5 for $150.
