I used this as my main monitor and it surprisingly outperforms my c1 oled 48, well not in the PQ but as a whole experience. One thing that always bothers me is the eyesore from using such big displays, but this has an aggressive local dimming that dims area you don't use, reducing the light your eye received therefore alleviating the eyesore

I bought the non club version of the 50" from Samsung.com for around the same on clearance. I use it for multiple purposes in my office. Incredible for dark room viewing. Wide viewing angles make this decent monitor but I couldn't get used to the size even already using 43" 4K for monitor.

The best deal I could find on this TV was Best Buy open box without a stand or remote for $700. Walt's Ebay page has it listed for 830.
