FYI this is not a standardized Ashwagandha extract like sensoril or ksm, so is basically useless. Been taking ashwagandha for many years and this is a product I would not recommend.

I personally use the below for dealing with anxiety and helping with sleep and mood: https://smile.amazon.com/Doctors-...p_d_rp_5_t

For more info: https://examine.com/supplements/ashwagandha/

Ashwagandha, sensoril especially, basically kills anxiety and does tend to lower empathy as well. Too much can cause apathy in some people.

2 teaspoons of sugar per serving, is this candy for kids? isn't it a company that makes gummy's for kids?

Absurd amount of sugar. But I've heard good things about the product. Can't tell if that's placebo, though; no OTC supplement has ever really had any kind of effect on me.

It is a standardized extract and concentration formulated in a specific way to provide the effects of reducing anxiety.

"Sensoril is a branded ashwagandha powder that is clinically tested to support stress management. That's why Sensoril is the mood-enhancing nutraceutical of choice. Sensoril is a multi-patented, all natural, standardized extract of Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) with the highest, most potent levels of stress-regulating, cognition-supporting Ashwagandha bioactive constituents in the industry. Ashwagandha, a revered botanical with adaptogenic properties, has been one of the primary ingredients used in India's Ayurvedic treatments for thousands of years. Adaptogens are a select group of botanicals that help provide stress support and bring the body back into balance."

It's a herb Indian medicine. I think it's not advised for long term use. KSM66 is a often considered as best.

I've taken it in capsules and liked it. Was interested in the gummies but wow... that sugar content for a supplement is crazy.
