I've been taking a gummy daily for a few weeks, picked some random one at BJ's, happens to be this one:

That only has 2g per serving (which is 1 gummy, not 2). Tastes just fine, so I don't know why you'd need to add even more sugar.
I sleep better, and have noticed increased PR in the gym. Increased libido too.
