Just non sense.
I have this confirmation email and planned the day to be there on time. And customer service said there isn't anything planned for today Sept 10th.

Such a waste of time, travelled 1hr to and from to make it.

If you knew how to Match purchase dates you'd get it recompensated. Tons of times it had happened to me. People could also use the barcodes and info right off the shelf without ever purchasing it. 90% of the time It's common sense not to get scammed yet somehow people are getting scammed anyways.

That's been my experience with my local Lowe's and HD. I've tried a few times to attend a workshop that's listed on a schedule at the store (!!), and there's nothing there. Empty marketing gimmick.

it's lowes, don't expect anything from them and you will not be disappointed. "expectations" create "disappointment" . . .

I stop shopping at that place many years ago, can't get disappointed with them anymore.

I never received by coupon a week after attending a virtual workshop. I was 10 minutes late but rewinded the video back to the beginning and watched it to the end. I guess that doesn't count.

It is nothing like stealing. I talked to our lowe's manager a number of times. He said he gladly gives people coupons if they make large purchases, he loved people using the coupon codes. Remember lowes has to compete with others. Lowes could have shut down those codes if they wanted.
