How does Comcast screw one over? Ive used what I pay for, no issues.
They're quite literally the most-hated company in America for several years in the past decade. That doesn't just come about randomly... I'd be a jerk and use a 'let me google that for you link,' but I know you can do it if you care to. Happy Thursday! The weekend is in sight.

I have 4 lines sharing a gig. It is showing $45 to upgrade a line to unlimited.

Edit - Looks like I have to upgrade to the new plan first.
Are you paying $12 per gig for shared currently or $15 per gig?

I have to say, its your phone being outdated and missing most of the bands. I have been getting great speed with my iPhone 12 Pro Max, when I was using my iPhone 7 plus when XM launched back in 2017, it was fast too.

I am living in the SF bay area.
I'm also in SF, half of my family's here and the rest are in DC. Haven't had any complaints about XM over the last several years we've had it (although they're relatively light users). I tried a speed test on my iPhone 12 Pro Max outside the Chase Center (since I knew they had rolled out mmWave 5g there) and got 2.4Gbps (and used up all our data in a min.. oops lol), but that was like 1.5 year ago, haven't checked it since.

Slightly off topic: Has anyone seen a leak of what deals Xfinity will have tomorrow for the iphone 14 preorders?

I saw one site that says $400 for new or existing lines. Specifically would like to know if that is a 2 year contract and thus a locked phone. Would be super helpful to know so I can decide where to order tomorrow at 5 AM but the customer service agent I talked to started telling me about a Samsung deal.

Yep, I really an meh about this company but I am stuck as they are the only home provider option and the mobile is alright if you can figure out their logistics.

Have you used both Visible and Xfinity mobile? I have Visible and it's alright, for $50 for two lines I won't complain. Trying to figure out if the switch to this at $60 for two lines is worth it.
Yes, I've used both and short answer is yes it is worth it.

Visible is a great deal when it works but combination of heavy de-prioritization and high ping times made it near unusable for me at times. Forget about using it in congested areas, it won't work. I was with them for months before I decided to move on. New plan looks great but pricy.

I was with Xfinity when they first started with mobile. Service was great (better than every other VZ MVNO i've tried) and back then voice/text lines were free!

If I still had Xfinitiy internet I would jump on this deal. They usually have some BYOD promos not sure if that's still the case.

i currently have 2 lines on xfinity mobile sharing a $15 plan, which is only 1GB. I can stay under if I monitor my usage and hold back when I don't need to use data. I'm cheap enough that I don't think it's worth another $45/month to get unlimited. if i could cancel one of my lines and only pay $30 per month for unlimited, i'd jump at that.

Xfinity Mobile sucks. Do not go for it. I am suffering already and not coming out from their 2 year contract. Be careful. Peace is more important than this kind of deal by them.

I have Xfinity Mobile, and just switched one of the lines to the Unlimited plan (had one line on the Unlimited plan up until now), and Xfinity had to manually change the price from $40 per line to $30 per line.
May be a glitch, or maybe you have to take the time and navigate a "new" plan with them, but I didn't mind chatting with them to get more data for the same price I had been paying under the a per GB plan.
