Got the trimmer from a similar deal last year. Haven't had any issues with it so far.

Many of the negative reviews complain about the line getting wrapped around the spinning shaft. I think this is caused by having too much line out, esp. after changing the spool. Likely the cutting blade installed on the grass deflector is not sharp enough. Make sure to manually cut the excess line after replacing the spool.

By the way, our local store also has the 2nd gen version of the same product for $196. Main difference on the outside of the packaging is the picture of the blower: the new blower has bigger and round tube, while the old one has smaller and flatter tube.

Several blowers and trimmers on clearance at local Walmart. Assume all Walmarts are clearing out the summer items. The had the Hart system accessories that attach to main unit on clearance. Saw, edger, etc.

Fyi. Brickseek showed known available in my area. Went to a local Wally world found 1 at full price. Used the Walmart app bar scanner and it rings up at 89. A lot of the hart gardening items are showing full price but in the app with bar scanner are coming up half price.

they just banned your zipcode search for a few hrs. change to a diff zip 50 mi away.
