Thanks to Deal Hunter TattyBear |for finding this deal.
I received mine today. Persol Polarized black with grey lens. The packaging looks normal but when I wore the glasses they were not sitting well. As if one side was bent. I took a deep look into it and found it was bent and the left hinge was wiggly and felt used or refurbished. I Reached out to customer service for a replacement.
Edit - I bought about 10 pairs in the last 3-4 years. No complaints ever. First time there's been an issue and it wasn't expected for a $100 sunglasses.
I received my shades yesterday and everything checks out...light, polarized, correct lettering with Prada "CE" Made in Italy, frame size and all on the left bar, left lens has the engraving, HOWEVER the right lense doesn't have any serial number. I checked online and the closest ones they come to are these, and the square spacing on the frames were a dead giveaway these might be fake unfortunately: https://www.prada.com/us/en/men/p...C_059.html
If yours has a serial number and mine doesn't, I'm going to assume mine is fake since they should be standardized if the same model. I guess the inference for me is Eyedictive does sell, at the very least, some fake items.
It is illegal to sell counterfeit merchandise, so I do expect them to pay return shipping. I've reported the retailer. I suspect it won't matter though because PayPal guarantees against counterfeit merchandise, so I expect they'll refund my purchase price in the end. Fortunately, they protect against this consequence. This is why it's important to understand your consumer rights when making purchases like these and dealing with unscrupulous merchants.
Let us know how this turns out. I bet you don't get what you want.

PayPal asked that I file a formal report with a government agency, so I did so. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be to file the report. I'll do a charge-back if PayPal doesn't handle it.

I am sure the government agency will take care of it....

Same here. Also, no serial number on the lens. I've read that means it's fakeā¦. Can anyone confirm?
