I highly recommend anyone considering this deal to take screenshots of the deal, cart, checkout, etc. If I didn't have that information last year I would have been absolutely screwed out of $800 that I'm now receiving in bill credits. That $800 was supposed to be gift cards but after days of calling/texting for help I ended up in an Xfinity store where those printed screen shots and a helpful employee were able to at least get me those credits.

An additional reminder, if you want to preorder, you're limited to two preorders at a time. If your order is delayed this can knock you out of their promotional period so CYA with those screenshots of your actual order date/time and the offers at those times!

I looked it up on their site, it appears as if you need Xfinity internet if you want to get Xfinity mobile/want to get this deal.

Their cheapest plan is $25/month for internet. Their cheapest plan for mobile is $15/month. Total $40/month.

They have an ACP program to earn up to $30 or $75 off per month on internet and mobile plans, so if you can get it you could get all 24 months of service for free.

ACP is $30 maximum unless you live on tribal lands, in which case it is $75.

I've been trying to order off and on since noon yesterday (22 hours ago). The website always gave me a 'something went wrong. try again' error when on the review page. Last night I called in, but it said the wait time was 1.5 - 2 hours, and I was going to dinner, so I didn't wait on hold. This morning I tried to call in again and after the system verifies all my info, it just says their offices are closed. I tried the chat link about an hour again and it said someone would call me "within a few minutes", but never did. I tried it again a few minutes ago and it just says there are no agents available. I tried the website again and now it won't even load the homepage of Xfinity. I get a generic "Access Denied" message or it redirects to a page that says "Our site is temporarily unavailable".

They are having major issues.

Yeah it is a joke. I had same issues trying to get a live chat rep. I ended up clicking on the prompts and typing live agent and getting someone who didn't specialize in mobile so they sent me to one that did with a que of 14. Wait wasn't too bad and rep I got was awesome and ordered two for me with no issues
