What are you talking about. Don't know about the other carriers. There is no bill credits for TMO.

Bill credits are only 24 months for T-mobile though and I think you can pay with one-time payment instead.

Does anyone know if Best Buy requires the primary account holder to be there for phone trade-in? For example, can a person on the plan who's not a primary account holder do the pick up and trade in without the primary account holder at a Best Buy located in a different state?

They only care the person that is on the CC that is used to pay for the order to pick up.
