If you preorder right now only the carrier offer is available. Seems like the BB offer won't be available to claim until 9/16.

If that deal is real, I'll be trading all these base iPhone 13's from the T-Mobile $430 older iPhone trade in deal to the pro's

But I'm wondering, would the 13 mini really get 1k in trade in value?

Well well well, our fav trade in deal may be back this year after all! Nice find!! You should make a separate thread. If they can do a "Rumors" thread about a Costco deal, you can Shirley do a "Pre" deal at Best Buy that we can see is starting the 16th. If you don't, someone else will and take credit. Also, it's not the same deal as this thread, so should stand on its own.

Sure hope it's instant credit!

I'm thinking it will be up to 1K. So likely $200 on top of what the $800 max deal would be.

So guessing it would be

13 pro max $1,0000
13 pro $900

Etc

Still could be a great deal on a lot of other phones

This is annoying because I already ordered through Best Buy to trade in via my carrier. I guess I will just take them to the store and return/rebuy with the trade in offer this weekend. I would rather have the dollars off up front then bill credits.

This is only tangentially related to the deal, but does anyone know if I'm understanding this right? I can't buy an iPhone 14 from bestbuy -- even if I pay full price -- unless I activate it on a network right then??

I just did a chat with them. Here is their answer:

No, :T Apple requires us to activate at the time of purchase of any iPhone. You will still have to log into your Verizon/At&t/Sprint/T-Mobile account and link it to your account in order to complete the purchase.

So if we already preordered can we just cancel that order online and switch to this offer if it's real? On T-Mobile one and have 13 pro max to trade

You can, but it could prevent you from placing a new order because there is a cool down period when you cancel the order. You can use another line to place a new order.
