I personally wouldn't bother with their site. They basically don't honor any return policy or hardware replacements so you are SOL with your order if anything is wrong. Currently struggling with that and had to start a PayPal dispute.

I have the cr10 smart printer. it printed great until all kinds of crap started happening. The firmware is crap, the wifi feature works great whenever it decides to. Spool holder broke first day then belt tensioner broke. Now it won't print at all and throws up errors. I've emailed creality a ton of time they don't respond. Also not many ppl in the 3d print community has this so there is no fix for most of the stuff. avoid this printer like the plague it's been sitting here a year not functioning.

Is there a Klipper config available for it? Especially with bed slingers that have a direct drive you can get a lot more out of the printer with it and it would replace the faulty firmware.

There is no klipper config for this model that I've been able to find. One guy on reddit said he swapped it to octopi non kipper firmware but he didn't have the same firmware issues and non stop temperature errors that stopped him from printing. Also it's bowden tube not direct drive. Only cr-10v3 is direct drive but it was going for 500 at the time otherwise I would have got that instead.

You might get away having only one z screw on smaller bed-slinger, say 220x220, however 300x300 needs a second z screw. And, dual z screw is a must when converting to direct drive extruder.
