Mailed in my severely cracked note9 during the previous $50 offer. They replaced front screen, back glass, front camera and some sensors that were damaged. As good as new at no extra charge.... to and fro shipping included.

Ok the battery and screen has been replaced on my Galaxy Note 10 at UBIF. Battery cycle shows 1 cycle but 97% capacity. Is this normal?

I walked into bestbuy with no appointment yesterday, and they honored the 99.99 price point to change screen on s21+. The guy said that I was the only person with no appointment to get serviced

ok - yesterday the promo was still active, so what was the point of your post, why wouldn't they honor the promo price when BB is an approved vendor of samsung?

Because I didn't set an appointment through samsung website, which was a requirement as per the deal terms, as it was giving an error, as was mentioned in prior comments

I messed around and let procrastination get me - I ordered on the last day to visit a shop on 27th (UBIF) - they did not honor the price.

Here's to hoping samsung runs a promo again when the cracked screen phones gets the same value as not cracked... and in some cases were valued higher than not cracked during prior sales. I'm predicting s23 sales to probably be slower than s22 so trade-in deals will be crazy again next year.

thank you samsung. you did me a solid with this deal. took care of my broken phone from head to toe. i mailed it in last week and got it in the mail today. they even gave me a S pen and replaced everything except for the internal components. no wonder i am a Samsung fan for years now.

I've done this promotion twice before and always remove my S pen each time in case it gets lost but they've never given me a new one before

Very disappointed by both Samsung and Asuiron. I booked an appointment to get my broken screen fixed on the 24th and Asuiron did not have the screen for S22 Ultra so they ordered and asked me to come on 9/28 and extended the appointment. I went today (9/28) and was told by Asuiron that they cannot apply the promo since it was over and I should contact Samsung. After being on the chat and phone for an hour, Samsung rep came back and told me the T&C were while supplies last. I was pissed at both Samsung and Asuiron since I felt that I could have contacted other locations or sent my phone by mail to be repaired.
This will be my last Samsung phone.
