I don't have the $3 coupon but the final price with 15% S&S discount is pretty similar - $33.30 for 2.

The one you linked is a better per sheet price by quite a healthy margin. @15% s&s it is about $0.00225/sheet for ultra soft vs $0.00165 for the 3 ply. The ultra strong is 0.00185/sheet.

Coupon is only on the ultra soft. Not working for the Ultra 3 ply or the ultra strong unfortunately.
