Looks like a decent amount in stock in Pierce/Thurston Co.
Only a handful of stores in King Co. are showing in-stock, but they seem to have a lot per store.
Whatcom, Snohomish and Kitsap Co. are looking limited, but they have stores with it in-stock.
That's about it for the Puget Sound region. Island and Skagit Co. look empty.
Going a little south (Troutdale/Tigard/Beaverton), looks like the stores that have them have quite a bit.

I personally haven't had a chance to test it out that specific service (it's rained once since I installed the unit, but the rain was on a day I don't water anyway). Rachio looks more like a standard residential irrigation controller, the Wyze is more modern and stands out a bit. Setup was easy. Everything is functioning as expected.
Some things I like:
The Wyze Calendar shows past and future watering events, which is nice.
There's offline scheduling (not a big deal since if internet is out, power is generally out too).
You can save schedules and easily enable/disable. For example, we have watering restrictions form June 1st-Sept 1st, so I have set up watering to account for it vs off season or no-watering restrictions when its still dry out.
There is a Cycle/Soak feature (if your soil is more compact/clay, this helps reduce runoff/pooling).
You can adjust soil types, sprinkler head type, and name each area.
With "Sprikler Plus", you can just let Wyze take all the thinking out. It can pause watering for wind/temp/rain/predicted water saturation from previous rain.
Again, not sure how this compares to Rachio. But I'll probably ask my buddy to compare them next weekend when he stops by. I really just needed something to allow me to adjust /repair sprinkler heads remotely and this fit the bill. Might end up switching to Rachio one day if the price is right or Wyze fails me.
