I bought a few of these for the same price a year or so ago and i really like them. The stand is cheap but the light is great for the price imo.

I have some Neewer stuff. Quality is good. Not pro grade, but not pro pricing either.

Yep we use Neweer in our office studio and it works great. It's not pro but for small scale stuff it's good enough.
