I'm surprised no one has commented on this. 10% off when you buy the $50 card(s) and no fees or state taxes. That's a great deal. I buy several of the cards almost every time Target does the promotion. Never had a problem. Other things in life should work so easily.
From the AT&T slickdeals post, what I read was, you use a virtual card or a normal card and order the sim. You will only be charged for the sim card today. $300 + tax will be charged the moment you put the sim card and turn on the phone. So, first create an account, load the 300 balance and then put the sim card in the phone. Read through that thread.

Just saw. Have done couple times b4 w Cricket. Still have about 5 mos worth so will wait another time to load up again. Definitely good savings when combined w red card.
If your bill is today or tomorrow you should move it to the last or 1st day of the month so you always get this or the kroger deal, or just make sure to always buy it a month before.

Can AT&T prepaid card used for their $300 year plan? Thanks
I tried $300 value and it only gives me $5 off at checkout... not sure if we need to get separate $50 X 6 times to be able to avail the discount for the $300 plan.... also not sure if we'll be able to use those $50 X 6 cards to pay the total $300 for the $300 plan π

I do this every year. Buy $50 x 6 times. You can apply/add all the 6 six cards in your AT&T prepaid account one by one. After adding all 6, the balance will show as 0.
